At the upcoming FinovateFall 2018 conference to be held September 24-27 at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square, New York, don’t be surprised if you find yourself talking to a chatbot or hearing about how a blockchain-based platform is already being used for U.S. Treasury bond settlement. The Finovate series of conferences is the brainchild of Jim Bruene, who has been working with banks, credit unions and fintech providers for years to optimize the user experience of their products.
